Your favourite berries + oats + protein = a superb breakfast!

Ingredients: 
1 ½ cups (200 g) of mixed frozen berries 
1 cup (200 ml) of milk or almond milk
¼ cups (35 g) of rolled oats
1 tsp honey
1 serving Pure MCT Oil 
1 serving Pepto Whey Protein or Vegan Protein
1 serving Super Greens

Instructions: 
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high until smooth consistency. Add more milk/almond milk or rolled oats to the desired thickness.

🔥 Spicy smoothie  
A perfect smoothie for a breakfast or as a snack that comes with many health benefits: boosts the immune system, has anti-inflammatory properties and supports the digestive system!

Ingredients: 
1 large fresh or frozen banana 
1 cup (140 g) of fresh or frozen pineapple
½ tbsp fresh ginger root
¼ tsp ground turmeric
½ cup (100 ml) of carrot juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup (200 ml) of milk or almond milk
1 serving Pepto Whey Protein or Vegan Protein 
1 serving Pure MCT Oil

Instructions: 
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high until smooth consistency. Add more milk/almond milk or carrot juice to the desired thickness. 

🍓 The red smoothie 
Don’t hesitate to try this smoothie even if beets are not your go-to veggies. You will love this vitamin and mineral-rich smoothie for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients: 
½ cup (70 g) of frozen cherries 
1 cup (200 ml) of water
½ cup (70 g) of chopped raw beets
½ cup (70 g) of frozen strawberries
½ cup (70 g) of frozen blueberries
½ banana
1 serving Pepto Whey Protein or Vegan Protein
1 serving Super Greens
1 serving Pure MCT Oil

Instructions: 
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high until smooth consistency. Add more water to the desired thickness.

Ingredients: 
1 ¾ cup (350 ml) of water, milk or almond milk 
1 banana
1 cup (30 g) of spinach
2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
1 tbsp cacao nibs or dark cocoa powder 
1 serving Pepto Whey Protein or Vegan Protein
1 serving Pure MCT Oil

Instructions: 
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high until smooth consistency. Add water gradually to get the desired thickness.

🥒 The fresh smoothie 
Light & fresh! A perfect smoothie for breakfast or between meals.

Ingredients: 
1 cup (140 g) diced cucumber without peel  
1 ½ cups (200 g) of frozen mango chunks
½ cup of milk of choice
½ lime, juiced and zested
2-3 fresh mint leaves or drop of mint extract
1 serving Pepto Whey Protein or Vegan Protein 
1 serving Super Greens
1 serving Pure MCT Oil 

Instructions: 
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high until smooth consistency. Add more milk of choice to the desired thickness.
