Here’s a fresh recipe for you to try out – Protein Blueberry Smoothie.

Ingredients:
1 banana
100 g blueberries
100 ml milk
½ cup oats (50 g)
Handful of peanuts and dates
2 scoops 100% Platinum Whey (Vanilla, unflavoured or any fruit flavoured)

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together.

Recipe makes 3 portions.

100 g of product contains:
150 kcal
10 g protein
4 g fat
20 g carbs
